The Pet Life 'All-Terrain' Lightweight Easy Folding Collapsible Travel Dog Play Pen is composed of High-Grade Mesh and Scratch-Resistant Nylon Fabrics. These Pet Playpens feature 360 Degree view of Sunview and in-addition features a larger Velcro-Pouch for any such belongings. This Dog Playpen also features an above top Removable Mesh Netting preventing your pet from jumping out of the Pet Play Pen. This Dog Playpen also features a Mesh Zippered entrance along the side and Collapses and Folds to 4 inches thin. Great for both Indoor and Outdoor Settings. The Playpen also features a handle bar for dragging purposes and comes with an Over-The-Shoulder Scratch-Resistant Ballistic Nylon case. Available in Multiple Sizes and Colors.

Shipping Policy

All our items are processed within 24 hours and have a shipping time of between 3 to 7 working days.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation there maybe delays to the shipment of your order. We will notify you as soon as we know if your order has been affected by this.

What is the returns process?

Our normal policy is, returns must be done within seven working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

  • Your product does not match the website specifications or description.
  • You received the wrong item in your package.
  • For products that are defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact Customer Care immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a replacement or a cash refund.
  • However, at this time we are no longer accepting returns. And all sales are final. We do plan to return back to normal return policy in the very near future.

And the general requirements for returns are as follows:

  • You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  • The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals) and any free gifts received with it.
  • All sealed items must not be opened.
